I call it stir-fry

I love to try to new things or figure out how to make something new with what I have. And tonight, what I had was chicken breast and a bunch of veggies. I also had this "Thai Sweet and Spicy Sauce" from M&M Meat shop (left over form a gathering at our place). It literally is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, so colourful and flavourful. I've also done this before with Honey Garlic. So you can literally make this with anything you want, any sauce, any vegetables.

The steps are really simple. Start by cutting the chicken breast in whatever shape you want. Add some garlic to the pan and throw in your chicken. While the chicken is cooking, cut up the vegetables. As you can see in my pictures, I had green peppers, red peppers, red onions zucchini and eggplant. I also minced some more garlic. Once the chicken is cooked, just throw in the veggies, add some sauce and put the lid on. I like to add some cayenne pepper, mustard powder and dill weed. Et voila!
