Hmmm... How do I feel about hot pink lipstick? I wasn't sure at first, but then I saw so many celebs doing it; some wrong, but some right. You definitely need the right shade of pink and the appropriate amount of makeup on. We all know the rule of thumb; if you're focusing on one feature with a bang, be
subtle with the rest. The worst thing is when a woman is wearing way too much makeup!
