Happy Tuesday! I hope your week is going well so far! Here's a little winter outfit I put together in collaboration with Spring. Okay so I know you're probably thinking 'where are her pants?' but I promise it wasn't that cold the day I shot these photos. Getting cozied up in chunky knit sweaters and blanket scarves is definitely the best part of winter. That, and watching a snowfall from the your comfy couch while enveloped in throw blankets.

The first thing that's a must on a cold winter day is a sweater. I absolutely love chunky, oversized sweaters. They're great for layering, and they're so comfortable you can really let it all hang out (maybe that's just me). And no matter what, sweaters are always on trend. I've been into turtlenecks a lot recently, so naturally, I opted for a turtleneck sweater dress. On a cold day, I'd skip the bare legs and go for thick leggings or jeans. So for those days of extreme cold (and snow), it is 100% certain that I'll be reaching for my parka. There are so many nice ones out there today, I just can't justify buying five parkas just because they're cute. You really don't have to sacrifice style for warmth here. Check out all the quality parkas from Spring here. Boots are obviously weather dependent. No way I'm risking slipping on ice with heels. But if it's completely dry out there, that's a different story. Last but not least are the accessories - hats, gloves and scarves. I love a good beanie. I totally believed my mom when she told me that I'll catch a cold if my head is cold. I'm still wearing my toques. You can never go wrong with any winter accessory, so pile it on!
