wine coloured denim

Dollhouse Leather Jacket / H&M Top / Primak Jeans, scarf, boots and bag

Coloured denim makes everything better... Here's another look from the London half of my recent trip. I actually have like 500 photos from that, so a photo diary is definitely coming up!

camel and denim

I love denim on denim. It's definitely a go-to favourite for a current and trendy look. I wore this outfit for a day out in London. I rarely button blouses all the way up, but it's refreshing to step out of your comfort zone with personal style. Sometimes, you might be pleasantly surprised when things don't look half as bad as you convinced yourself they do. And a red lip always makes me feel polished, even when the outfit is super casual.

Another outfit from my time in France. Simple and easy. Happy Monday!

france photo diary + engagement

Happy Friday! Here are a few pictures form the South of France part of our trip. We flew to London, spent two days there, and then went to France for five days, and went back to London and had just a little over a week there.I feel like I can't say this enough; it was such an amazing trip and we lucked out huge with weather (only one day of horrible rain in 17 days!). And obviously, it didn't hurt that my then boyfriend, now fiancé, proposed on the first night of our two week getaway. Needless to say, I am one very happy girl right now!

Primark top / H&M Pants / shoes / Aldo bag
Back to real life! Two weeks off was pretty amazing, but it just makes me want to pick another destination and go for another two weeks. This is an outfit I wore out for dinner while we were in the South of France. I thought it was going to be colder, so I didn't bring any short dresses or skirts. I was way off because it was pretty hot every day we were there! So flowy tops and pants did the trick. I'll have a photo diary up later this week!
PS: I hope my Canadian readers had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend!

printed in peplum

Top from a small boutique / H&M pants / Jay Manuel shoes / Also bag / Forever 21 necklace
Happy Monday! We've been having the most amazing vacation. We were in France last week and now we're back in London for another week. This is a quick outfit post snapped a couple of weeks ago, before I left for vacation. I'm obsessed with these pants right now. They're crazy and loud, but they're totally doing it for me! And peplum - always stylish and always flattering. Would you judge me if I told you I wore this very outfit twice in 3 days...

Guest Blogger: Fashionably Kay

My last guest blogger for the week is Makayla of Fashionably Kay. Can I just start off by saying - she's ridiculously gorgeous and has the most amazing hair. She always has fun with her style, loves playing with trends and it always works for her. The girl knows how to style an outfit! Be sure to check all her other looks over on her blog!

White Blouse: Gap / Tank Top: Target / Denim: Blue Label by Ralph Lauren
Heels: Gift from Mom / Necklace: Kate Spade / Clutch: c/o Aeropostale
I wanted to showcase this beautiful Kate Spade necklace I won from the DASANI DROPS inspired contest on Lucky Magazine (thank you all so much again for voting for me!). This piece has so many bright and vivid colors I wanted to bring them out throughout the outfit. I went with my skinny denim from Ralph Lauren, and a simple white blouse. These heels were so fun I had to incorporate them into some kind of outfit..and this seemed like the perfect one!
I love the colors in this necklace, so beautifully put together.

I won't lie, these were a gift from my mom a long, long time ago and I thought I would never wear them! Turns out I was wrong, and I'm glad they are apart of my closet now. :)

I am so happy to be apart of this collab/feature with Medge, and honored! It's always fun to partner up with other bloggers who share your passion, and get to know them better. Hope you all enjoyed! Xo

Thanks for letting be a guest blogger! I figured this outfit shows what I always wear. Comfortable tank, high waist shorts and cardigans! I always feel the most confident with patterns and shorts because anything goes mixing and matching always makes the outfit more fun.

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to be doing a post for Medge while she's on vacation. Medge and I have been chatting and repinning each other's Pinterest pins for months now. I even did a feature on her over on my blog, Luci's Morsels. Be sure to check out her fun answers here.

I'm not one to buy too many trendy pieces, but this colorblock, leather top just caught my eye and I knew I would love it. I'm embarrassed to admit how much I've worn it already, and fall is just barely underway. I love this top because it's suitable for professional and fun gatherings. I've worn it to work meetings, cocktail parties, and lunch with friends. And I love these darker colors paired with the bright white of these jeans and my necklace. I might need to change up the shoes for colder weather, but I'll be rocking this ensemble more than once in the coming months. Do you have any pieces like this is your wardrobe?
