Happy New Year! First post of the year and I think it's my first food post on the blog. I just had to share this delicious soup with you guys. I got the recipe from Simply Scratch and it was a very, very easy to follow. The recipe calls for bacon, but I decided to use leftover pork tenderloin from earlier this week. I also ran out of mozzarella so I used a bit of Parmesan cheese to make up for it, and then a little bit of cheddar on top. This is such a good winter soup. I'll definitely be making it again... and again.
