checked coat

You may recall I wanted a checked coat a few weeks ago. Well I can take it off my list! I love statement coats that are subtle yet just a eye catching. That way you can be sure that they'll always be a classic. Jeans, a long sleeve tee and boots are a little basic (basic in a good way, basic like simple staples), it really needs something to elevate it. The checked coat does just that. It makes it all a little more interesting. I also love that 90s, retro feel to the overall look. The checked blazers and coats this season is one trend that is a must try for anyone. Even the pants on the skirts. Any body type can make it work if you're into it!
